Hatha and Astanga Yoga (60min.)
In each session you will discover balance and harmony through Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, two practices that combine strength, flexibility and mindfulness. In each session, we will explore asanas that will help you strengthen your body, improve your posture and increase your vital energy. In addition to working the body, these postures will invite you to calm the mind and deepen your inner connection. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, I offer you a warm and guided space to expand your practice. Join me and transform your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Meditation (60min.)
Find peace and clarity through our guided meditation sessions. These practices are designed to help you calm your mind, reduce stress, and connect with your inner self. Each session combines conscious breathing techniques, visualizations, and moments of silence so you can cultivate a state of full presence. Whether you are new to meditation or have experience, this space is open for you to explore and delve into your emotional and mental well-being. Give yourself a moment of calm in your day!
